No 5 – Take long breaks

No 4 – Do nothing

No 3 – Clean their desk

No 2 – Visit social media sites

No 1 – Almost half of all respondents said they talk to work mates when they don’t want to work

Spending time chatting to colleagues about work and social activities is necessary to get things done and build high performance teams.
